J-Boog (born Jarell Damonte Houston on August 11 1985 in Los Angeles, California) is an African American R&B singer, one of the former members of boy band B2K. When the group broke up in January 2004, J-Boog Lil' Fizz (of B2K) focused on their career and label FBI (Fizz and Boog Inc.). J-Boog is the cousin of R&B singer and actor Marques Houston. J-Boog says he Houston are currently in the studio working on his debut solo album Pay Day. J-Boog is curently working on his solo career.
