UNIVERSITY CENTRE HASTINGS (UCH)
UCH is a collaborative venture involving some of the best universities and higher education colleges in the south east of England. It represents a new concept in higher education, with courses delivered in Hastings and qualifications awarded by the partner universities and colleges.
Courses are offered in a variety of subject areas and at levels to suit different tastes, including a portfolio of courses designed to meet the needs of local businesses and their staff.
UCH aims to provide high quality learning opportunities for everyone in Hastings, Bexhill, Rye and the region, as well as attracting students from further afield to study in Hastings.
The centre is at the core of an extensive regeneration programme designed to ensure that Hastings and Bexhill realise their full potential as desirable places to live, study, work and visit.
UCH is an initiative in partnership with the Hastings & Bexhill Task force, the University of Brighton, Canterbury Christ Church University, the University of Greenwich, Hastings College of Arts and Technology, The Open University and the University of Sussex.
