(1985) |}} W.A.S.P. is the debut eponymous album by W.A.S.P.|the band of the same title, released in 1984 (see 1984 in music). The subtitle to the album was "Winged Assasins" but for some reasion the record is commonly nown as "W.A.S.P." This might be because only the LP had the words "Winged Assasins" on it. The Song "Sleeping (In the Fire)" has been covered by Tiamat (band), "Hellion" by Tiamat (band), "Hellion" by Children of Bodom, "L.O.V.E. Machine" by Lullacry and Fozzy, and "I Wanna Be Somebody" by Sentenced.
